Recruitment 2.0: Adecco and Bullhorn’s AI Partnership For AI Recruitment
ZURICH, SWITZERLAND, 29th January 2025 – Adecco Group Ltd made an announcement regarding the expansion of the affiliates with Bullhorn, a global frontrunner in recruitment solutions, for the automation of the employment workflows using Artificial Intelligence.
This partnership is expected to help improve the matching of new talents and the overall strategy for AI across the organization.
As a result of the partnership, new applicant tracking systems (ATS) with Search & Match features to assist recruiters will be deployed. These technologies are anticipated to yield higher efficiency results and save precious time for the recruiters.

As a member of the Agentforce Partner Network, the integration of Bullhorn technologies into Adecco Group’s front-office platform will be fully compatible with the BS’s AI Search & Match service, which is encompassed in the Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud.

The new agreement anticipates the volume of Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud users in the Adecco Group to grow by 20% by 2025 with new deployments expected in strategic hubs like Germany and Italy.
This marks an extension of twelve years of collaboration between both these firms focused on building relevant solutions to the ever-changing needs of staffing.
Such collaboration emphasizes the Adecco Group’s efforts to embrace next-gen AI and achieve growth while improving customer experience. With the deployment of Bullhorn’s AI-powered tools, the company expects to have better fill rates and time to fill while getting the clients’ right match faster and more trustfully.
